>> My name is Megan Giussani [phonetic], and I work for JP Morgan up in our Boston office, in our Treasury and Securities Services business. So, I'm a product manager for business, which services asset managers, as well as pension funds. Within that world, we do a lot of things such as securities lending, custody services for-- again, most of our customers are asset managers or pension funds, or corporate pensions, so both public and private pensions-- and within my business that I work in specifically, what we do is the operations will service a mutual fund or pension fund. So things such as, striking the nav [phonetic] on a daily basis. They do other activities such as compliance testing, making sure a fund actually-- its investments and holdings are as they are supposed to be laid out. So, I usually get into the office anywhere between 7:30 and 8:00, sometimes 8:15, depending on what's going on that day. And there's, you know, no such thing as a typical day for me. You know, I might come in and say, you know what, I'm going to look at these five things today, and I want to work on, you know, this analysis or something else. And then I get in, and I get a phone call, or I get an urgent email, and everything changes, so it's very, you know, dynamic in that regards. But typically things that I work on, I respond to a lot of client requests and new client requests. So, if a asset manager or pension fund, whether it's an existing client-- if it's an existing client; they want to add services, I will, you know, look at that as well as what the services they need are; ensure we can service them, you know, meet their needs. And then also determine how we should price that client. For new clients, we receive an RFP or an RFI, so a Request for Proposal or Information. Then, they will come to us; we'll look at what they're asking us to do; obviously respond to that, you know, working with a team, not just, you know, our team only. We work with our counterparts in custodies, securities lending, FX, determining how we can best service them, how we should price the business, and of course, you know, like any business, we price it so we still make money because, you know, we are a for-profit firm. We're not a charity, so, we still obviously price it so we have a margin. You know, right now, if I'm a call with London, it's just always that the call is in the morning, you know. In terms of interacting with Mumbai, Manila, any time I've had to interact with them, typically it's over email. If there's a conference call or something, you know, a lot of times various individuals there will work hours that are more in line with London hours. Or, in some cases, U.S. hours, just depending on the business that they work in. So, sometimes, it's you know, it's pretty seamless or transparent. Or, you know if I send an email, then you know, I'll get a response overnight, and then in the morning I have the answer in my in-box. So, it's pretty seamless, I think.
