>> So my name's Eric Wymer, and I'm a senior operations manager for the regional expansion team at Uber. So Uber's a mobile technology company that connects riders to drivers on demand. It's in, available in over 215 cities globally, and we've been around for about four years. A typical day, there's a number of different roles that I play, one being managing all of our launch efforts, the second being managing a group of operations managers that fall within our team as well who are in charge of managing numerous cities across the East Coast. So we have a number of regions set up, mostly divided by state in which there's a marketing and an operations team that are primarily focused on those markets on a daily basis. Mornings and evenings are mostly devoted to analytics and projects that you can kind of work on independently, and then throughout the day there would be a number of meetings where you're collaborating on those same projects with different groups of people and then there's also the day-to-day management. So my role has recently changed now that I'm taking on more of a managerial role. So it's providing a support role to those who report directly to me, and that. So most of my role is a lot of meetings these days, but you'll, you get heavier into the operations, the day-to-day operations with communication to our partners who are on that Uber network, who drive on the Uber network. Also just support for those same partners. Again, there's an analytics piece just in forecasting your supply and also, you know, just making sure you're up to speed and everything that's going on in the city and that partners are aware of those things as well.
