>> My name is Laurie Sayles Artis. I am President and CEO of Civility Management Solutions. We provide professional consulting services to the government, both state and federal. We're currently working, like, in Department of Homeland Security, Transportation, Health and Human Services, and NASA. Well, in our case, when we win an award, we have to hire the proper people to complete the contract. So, in some cases, people look at government contracting as staffing agencies. But we really are referred to more so as government contractors. So upon winning a recent award, we had to hire some financial analysists, somebody that was a project manager with a PMP. So in closing on that would be that once we win a contract, we have to hire the right people to employ them on the contract and then they become our employees. And so, actually, just the other day we got a call to add an admin person over at the Health and Human Services to support an office there. We also have gotten calls to go in and meet with individuals regarding some work that they need to have done in Conference and Logistics, as well as we've gotten some work regarding program management. Those kind of calls and emails we receive. But the type of contracts that we look for are things that are in financial management program, project management, administrative support, as well as conference and logistics. One thing about the federal government space is that they like to do business with folks they know, like, and trust. So as the president and CEO, my job will always be to go out and about, meet individuals -- including teaming partners from other companies that operate in the same space that we do with some synergy -- as well as the government, and then I turn those people over to my team. I have a business development person that focuses on the sales piece, managing the staff that we currently have. I have a chief operations opera -- officer that kind of serves in the role of overseeing the office, making sure everything works well there. And then we have a finance manager. So with me having all those individuals, they report back to me. On Fridays we sit down and have a real staff meeting. But every day they are talking things through with me, asking questions, getting confirmation, to make sure that they are in align with their thinking to do what needs to be done next. And so I'm very involved with the day-to-day operations of Civility Management Solutions.
