St. Thomas Federalist Society

The purpose of the St. Thomas Law Federalist Society Student Chapter is to foster critical thought and respectful debate about the application of conservative and libertarian principles to the law.  St. Thomas Law FS embraces the principles that the state exists to preserve Federalism and freedom, that the separation of governmental powers is central to the integrity of the United States Constitution, and that it is emphatically the province and duty of the judiciary to say what the law is, not what it should be.
