LEAD Club (Leaders Engaging in Active Development)
LEAD Club is a student-led organization at the University of St. Thomas students dedicated to helping students strengthen their leadership skills and experiences through active, engaging, and inclusive opportunities. Founded by Leadership and Management majors at Opus College of Business, LEAD empowers students to grow their knowledge, skills, and professional networks that will serve them throughout their careers.
Open to all majors, LEAD encourages members to share their leadership experiences, learn from one another, and reflect on how to apply these lessons in their academic, personal, and professional lives.
LEAD’s events include:
- Guest speakers from a wide range of industries who share their career journeys, expertise, and insights.
- Volunteer opportunities with local nonprofits that promote community engagement and reflection on the impact of effective leadership
- Social and networking events that build meaningful connections among peers while fostering personal and professional growth.
