Trusted Vendor Guild is an early-stage recognition company building a new way for service businesses to establish and display credibility. We’re looking for a smart, resourceful, highly organized person to work directly with the founders and help us build and grow the business.

This is a hands-on startup role. You’ll take ownership of real projects, solve problems independently, and help make sure things actually get done.

What you’ll do:

• Research and contact podcasts, media outlets, potential partners, and other growth opportunities
• Manage outreach, follow-ups, scheduling, and communications
• Research businesses, industries, competitors, and potential opportunities
• Help coordinate marketing and growth initiatives
• Maintain project trackers and make sure outstanding tasks get completed
• Use AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude to work faster and more efficiently
• Identify and propose new ideas for growing and improving the business
• Handle miscellaneous operational and administrative projects as needed

What we’re looking for:

• Excellent written communication
• Strong research and organizational skills
• Resourcefulness and the ability to figure things out independently
• Reliability and attention to detail
• Comfort using technology and AI tools
• Initiative and a willingness to take ownership rather than wait for instructions
• Interest in startups, entrepreneurship, marketing, business, or growth

We care much more about intelligence, initiative, judgment, and execution than credentials or a particular academic background. College students, recent graduates, and other early-career candidates are all welcome to apply.

This is a part-time, paid, remote position with flexible hours. Someone exceptional will have the opportunity to take on substantially greater responsibility as the company grows.
