Job Title: Recruitment Research Intern (Unpaid)

Department: Human Resources

Location: Remote

Duration: 4 Months, 5 Hours a Week (Exceptions for Midterms and Finals)

Compensation: Unpaid / Academic Credit Available

What You’ll Be Doing:

As a recruitment research intern, you will research and post on new recruitment websites and job boards to see which ones are the best for promoting our internships. You will use Google Sheets to keep track of a large amount of information.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Use search engines like Google and Safari to find new recruitment websites for nonprofit organizations
  • Comply with recruitment site standards
  • Keep recruitment data organized
  • Consistently communicate with college career, internship, or volunteer centers
  • Research which majors are most applicable to each internship position

Qualifications

  • Majoring in psychology, industrial organization psychology, business administration, business management, nonprofit management, writing, advertisement, marketing, or related majors
  • Phone and email etiquette
  • Professional written communication
