Weekend Table Greeter / Field Assistant – Youth Sports

New England Sports Photo is hiring friendly, organized seasonal W-2 field assistants and table greeters for youth-sports Picture Day events. Seasonal work is available September-November and April-June. No prior photography experience is required; training is provided. Pay is $18 per hour.

Field assistants welcome and check in families, organize teams, review order details, assign player codes, guide athletes using NESP posing guides, support photographers, and help keep events moving on schedule. The role is active and may include setup and breakdown support.

Applicants should be friendly, professional, organized, reliable, comfortable directing groups and working outdoors, and able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds. A valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass required background checks are required.

Most assignments are early weekend events in New England. Applications are reviewed by a person. NESP is an equal opportunity employer.
