Weekend Staff Portrait & Team Photographer – Youth Sports

New England Sports Photo is hiring seasonal W-2 staff photographers for youth-sports Picture Day assignments, with seasonal work available September-November and April-June. NESP provides professional camera equipment, lighting, paid training, and a structured workflow, so personal camera equipment is not required. Pay is $22-$25 per hour based on experience.

Photographers create individual portraits and team photographs, set up and use NESP equipment, represent the company professionally, work with athletes, parents, coaches, and league staff, and help keep events organized and on schedule.

Photography experience is helpful, but reliability, communication, comfort working with children and families, reliable transportation, early-weekend availability, and willingness to learn are most important. A valid driver’s license, ability to travel, and ability to pass required background checks and youth-sports screenings are required.

Most assignments are weekend events in New England. Applications are reviewed by a person. NESP is an equal opportunity employer.
