The lot attendant members are the front-line personnel responsible for greeting, engaging, and interacting with all guests. Meet and Greeting each customer with courtesy and great customer service. Understand the surrounding and event details to answer questions. Must be able to work outside in any weather conditions (rain, snow, heat, etc.) and be able to continuously stand for extended period of time. Also, adhere to dress code- always wear the proper uniform. Ability to communicate professionally and effectively. Must be able to work unsupervised. Ability to speak , read, and comprehend the English language.
