Kesma Flame Lily is a boutique style concierge that provides Multicultural Individual, Group, Marriage and Family Therapy to adolescents and adults. At Kesma Flame Lily, we are committed to helping clients in the community who are experiencing day to day life difficulties by providing tools, resources and support to regain balance into the client’s life.
Position Summary
As an Adult Mental Health Rehabilitation Worker, you’ll provide one-on-one, goal-oriented mental health services to adults diagnosed. You’ll work under the supervision of a Mental Health Professional and in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to help clients develop and maintain essential life skills and community stability.
Responsibilities
•Deliver rehabilitative mental health services such as skill-building, symptom management, and crisis prevention
•Support clients in developing independent living skills, including budgeting, meal planning, medication reminders, and navigating transportation
•Assist clients in accessing community resources such as housing, employment, education, and social services
•Collaborate with clinical staff to implement individualized treatment and rehabilitation plans
•Document services accurately and in a timely manner, meeting all agency and regulatory standards
•Attend team meetings, trainings, and clinical supervision sessions
Promote client recovery through a strengths-based, trauma-informed, and person-centered approach
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Health, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field preferred
Must meet state requirements for a Mental Health Rehabilitation Worker (e.g., two years of experience with adults with SPMI or related education)
Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule
Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance (if providing community-based services)
Comfortable working in community settings, including client homes
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in mental health, residential, or community support programs
Familiarity with person-centered planning and recovery-oriented care
Bilingual or multicultural experience is a plus
Proficiency in electronic health record (HER) systems
